• January 2012: Denmax purchases 12 new field trucks

• February 2012: Denmax Energy Services Ltd. purchases the assets of Az-tec Reclaim out of Irma, AB and welcomes its employees and clients on board. The addition of Az-tec assets and its employees will add to our existing road & lease construction and reclamation team. 

• As a compliment to Denmax University (Denmax U), management meets with Alberta Apprenticeship to ensure that Denmax emplyees have enhanced access and information regarding journeyman trade opportunities

• March 2012: Denmax adds a Bron III plow to its fleet

April 2012: Denmax donates its services to digging the foundation for the Habitat for Humanity Wainwright duplex project
